LeaseTerm Solutions is a risk management company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Our company focuses on core risk management solutions for the multi-family industry and was founded in 2011 by industry leaders in the insurance and multi-family sectors.
Sales Directors are responsible for adding new clients as well as maintaining existing relationships. This position will contact prospects and present to companies in the multi-family industry.
Description:
- Prospect new business through phone calls, emails, and networking at industry events
- Travel as needed to meet with prospects and clients
- Provide consultative approach to assess prospect’s risk management needs
Requirements:
Must have a familiarity with, and contacts in, the multi-family industry- NO exceptions. You must be willing to work hard in an entrepreneurial environment that is not always structured, be a critical thinker (smart), and have excellent communication skills. A dedicated home office is a must. A Bachelors degree from a 4-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You should have the usual computer skills. Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus as is an insurance license. This is a position with upside potential and is not for those looking for a corporate nine to five environment.

- Act as the primary contact for our current clients
- Manage multi-level client relationships
- Analyze reports to help clients maximize the risk management benefits
Requirements:
Bachelors degree from a 4 year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong language skills, both verbal and written. Computer skills to include knowledge of internet software, CRM software, MS Office. Hold and maintain Property & Casualty insurance license.
