Our Team

John Lineberger joined LeaseTerm Solutions in 2012. He manages operations and oversees the Account Management team. John has over nine years of property management and risk management experience in the real estate industry. Most recently, John was with SureDeposit as a Regional Account Manager. Prior to SureDeposit, John was a property manager with Hazel Creek Properties and was responsible for leasing and managing commercial property as well as residential units. John is a licensed insurance agent. He also has a Finance degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Clemson University.

Kia Helms joined LeaseTerm Solutions in February 2012. Her primary responsibilities include risk management consultation and marketing in the Southeastern and Southwestern regions. Kia spent most of her career in the multi-family and insurance industries. Most recently, Kia was with SureDeposit as a National Marketing Director for eight years. Prior to SureDeposit, Kia was an Assistant Property Manager with Wingate Management and was responsible for operations and leasing. Kia is a licensed insurance agent and holds a CAM designation. She has a degree in Management from Georgia State University.

With more than twenty-five years of experience in sales and marketing, David Williamson joined LeaseTerm Solutions in February 2012. He is responsible for the marketing efforts in the Northeastern, Mid-Atlantic and Midwestern regions. Prior to joining LeaseTerm Solutions, David spent ten years with SureDeposit. During this time, he helped change the way the multi-family industry managed risk. David holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, is on the Board of Directors of the Rental Housing Association, is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and is a licensed insurance agent.

An industry leader with more than 30 years of property management and multi-family sales experience, Lisa joined LeaseTerm Solutions in January 2018. Lisa is responsible for creating and expanding new and existing partnerships in Kansas, Missouri, Texas and the Western region. Prior to joining LeaseTerm, Lisa was a National Sales Manager for RentPath and an Executive Sales Director with Assurant Specialty Property Division attaining more than 9 years of risk management and insurance experience. Lisa is a licensed insurance producer and has the CPM certification. Lisa attended the University of Texas at Austin and Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.

Eric Rumney joined LeaseTerm Solutions in January 2015. His responsibilities include risk management consultation and marketing. Eric has an extensive insurance background, previously having worked as a property and casualty insurance agent. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in Economics and Risk Management.
